Aeroflow V-Band Clamp Kit with Weld Flanges (Size and Weld Flange Material Options)

Aeroflow Performance V-Band kits make it easy to install and remove exhaust systems and turbo parts. The self-aligning
V design weld flanges have been designed with a male to female connection which not only helps align the bands but also provides multiple sealing surfaces which prevent leaks and warping. These self-aligning V band exhaust clamps are uniquely designed to help keep your exhaust system operating properly and, even more importantly, allow you to disassemble your system for service or to repair other systems on your vehicle.

The v-band kits feature a 304 stainless steel quick release v-band clamp that makes it easy to remove parts to gain access to vital components easily as there are no hard-to-reach bolts or special tools needed. Simply undo the clamp and you can remove the component easily. Mild steel weld flanges are plated in high lustre weld through coating to help prevent rust and corrosion. Aeroflow V-band clamps utilised a special designed stainless locking nut which does not melt or loosen with the high exhaust temperature like the inferior nyloc nut.

Available in mild steel or 316 stainless steel weld flanges in all sizes from 38mm (1.5”) right through to 102mm (4”) v-bands kits.

WARNING! V-Band Clamp threads MUST be lubricated before each installation and removal of the clamp. We recommend using Moly-Grease or high temperature equivalent to avoid thread binding and/or breaking.
