Emails, questions and queries will be answered between Monday – Friday 8.00am to 4:30pm.

If you have not received a response within 2 working days please check your junk box, spam and popup filters .

All goods will be shipped within 0-2 working days of confirmation that payment has been received.

Please select the correct freight option for your address at the checkout. If the wrong address is selected we will email or call you as soon as we can. If we cannot make contact within 3 days your order will be refunded. In store pickup is available however your address will still have to be provided.

Standard freight is usually 1-2 days however depending on the courier it can sometimes take an extra day. Rural freight can take 2-5 days however some third-party rural couriers can take longer depending on the location and the courier.

We use NZ Couriers, NZ Post, Castle Parcels and sometimes Post Haste. Using all four options keeps freight prices for our customers down, as courier prices can differ depending on the address. However if you would like us to only use a particular courier for your address then please let us know. However please note that there is a small chance that if your preferred courier is more expensive, then we may ask for a small fee to use that courier.
