Emails, questions and queries will be answered between Monday – Friday 8.00am to 4:30pm.

If you have not received a response within 2 working days please check your junk box, spam and popup filters .

All goods should be shipped within 2 working days of confirmation that payment has been received.

Kiwibank is the only bank that informs us immediately of your payment.

All other banks can take up to 3 days over a weekend to show in our account. You can deposit the funds directly into our account at any kiwibank branch.
